How long does it take to create each piece?

Each piece is handmade to your specifications. Most products can easily be created in one week, but many custom pieces can take up to 3 weeks to ensure quality and love for the craft. To find out your turnaround time, please contact Becca at becca@theknottednoodle.com.

What products do you offer?

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Each product is handcrafted with love and energy, so all sales are final. If for any reason your product arrives damaged, please contact Becca immediately at becca@theknottednoodle.com.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is based on product size and weight. Each product is packaged carefully with the integrity and quality of the product in mind for safe traveling.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you are located in the Madera or Fresno area, Becca offers local pickup upon request. Contact Becca at becca@theknottednoodle.com to schedule your local pickup.

What materials do you use?

Becca selects and crafts with products from a variety of vendors, all while keeping quality in mind. All purchased materials are personally reviewed by Becca prior to making each product to sell.

How do you care for your product?

Becca recommends your product be handled with the utmost care in mind to ensure the product maintains its integrity. Most products can be washed on gentle cycle within a garment bag and fluff dry with no heat.

All products come with a care card so you can be sure of how to properly care for your crafted piece and keep it looking great for a long time to come!
